Welcome to The San Diego Golf Blog
Hello San Diego Golfers! This is me. My name is Brandon Fishman. I am the inconsistent golfer on the left side of your screen. This is a picture of me on my recent trip to play Pebble Beach. This is on the 18th tee. This entire blog will be devoted to Golf in San Diego, but I started this blog because of the passion I acquired for the game from years of bad shots and one amazing round at Pebble Beach. Golf is the only game that you can hate 99% of the time but absolutely love 1% of the time. For the average weekend golfer like me, all we need is 1 or 2 great shots and we think we love golf and keep coming back. My official Handicap is now a 12.3. I wanted to create a blog with realistic course reviews, equipment updates and reviews, golf tips, tournament schedules, shot bragging boards, and just good golf stories. Recently I joined Maderas Golf Club so I guess you could call that my home course. My best score there is an 84 but usually I shoot around a 90. San Diego is an unbelievable city for golf. We have the best weather in the country, tons of courses, thousands of awful golfers, a handful of good ones, but no good dedicated blog to San Diego Golf. That is no longer the case. Give me a little bit of time and with the help of the San Diego golf community and all of our readers, we will make this the place to come learn all about San Diego Golf. Thanks for reading and I hope I get to play a round with all of you some day!
